Activity of halomorphides?
« on: March 19, 2012, 06:35:12 AM »
Anybody know if alpha-halomorphides are active opioids in vivo? and if so, how potent they are? it seems like it would be an easy job to react morphine with say, thionyl chloride, bromide etc to give the morphide.
