Shouldn't it be "Why ALL people shouldn't speak to the police" ?  Why only the innocent?

As far as fresh is concerned, just becoz something is illegal doesnt mean it's 'wrong or bad'

Take the medical marijuana situation in the US...if these folks get busted, IMO they really should NOT be talking to the cops...and that's just 1 example

i had a conversation with a couple of the "finest" of our locale a weeka ago.
this woman i suspected of rifling through my belongings i yelled at and she got scared and called 9/11
told them i threatened to kill her.
anyway, the police were trying to get probable cause to search my room.
by asking what i thought she may be rifling for, at that point i began to explain to them how i loved the 5 th amendment of the constitution of the untited states.
the conversation came to a screeching halt.

no they took my glock 30 and my collapsable batton and 4 grams pure dianabol.
i was rightfully paranoid.
i just went out and bought me another gun the next day.
still that's about a thousand in merchandise.
also they took my 2,5 inbome and phenaZEPAM without asking me first and i pay rent here.
just i can't go to the jugde here and say i want my glock my 2,5 inbome my colappsable batton and my other shit with my history of fighting back when people run roughshod over me.
yeah that will get you a scarlett letter here no joke.
