4-bromonation of ethylphenidate a sucess!

i made the br2 in acetic acid with nabr add equimolor h2so4 always a litlle more nabr to nuetralize any h2so4.
treat it with h2o2 (3% worked!)
turns orange.
cool it i set it in the feeze in an ice bath on a sonicator i got 25% 4-bromo and 75% powdered sugar and i'm zotted just like i hit straight ethyl phenidate.
got to get back to work
2 hours wasn'nt long enough because of the degree of ring activation but 4-6 out to do the trick.
still i got some para bromiation it's definitely stronger.
gotta go.

3 hours and i gets fully para brominated you would say? tried chlorination with aqueous hypochlorite yet? should work too but i would be aware of possible neurotoxicity with every halogenated thing which enters my 5-HT receptors?

4-bromoaphetamine is highly neurotoxic; personally, I think you'd have to be crazy to ingest this.

well he said its not active on serotonine already which was my matter of concern too.
the para-halo amphetamines are all four, maybe the higher ones would be too, very seronergic toxic on the receptor cells and are used to kill them in laboratory conditions. like ever heard of the 2C-At april fool? ;D
5 or 6 OH dopamine, trihydroxyphenylethylamine or was it n-methylPEA, is also very the same only it is used to kill dopamine receptors.
but halogenated drugs are not actually bad if they dont fit in the serotonine receptor i guess if its larger ones... even if they are alkylating agents?
look at all the halogenated cannabinoids, and benzodiazepines and such... fluoroamphetamines are also toxic btw

 no this a silver bullet to dopeamine and it has less noreprinergic action too.
so halogenation increases d agonism selectivity.
i definietely got more zooted then ever.
without too many side effects

less noradrenergic action is always cool like phenmetrazine has, i will post some results about this compound also when i got it.
this seems like a straight dopamine overkill too

well look at the ratio of dopamine compared to noradrenaline? its much more dopamine than the latter! the egoboost factor also has to be pretty high if you imagine no anxiety and fucking much dopamine flooding! also a bit serotonine added...
just to note, im not that good to interprete its affinity, but i know about how much dopamine vs noradrenaline amphetamine and methamphetamine will release! its for the former a ratio of 1 part dopamine to 3,5 noradrenaline and for the latter 1 vs 2!
but phenmetrazine beats the crap out of both, it has an over 2 times higher release ratio of dopamine compared to noradrenaline!
how about cocaine? i guess they were nearly the same to each other which is it what gives cocaine addicts the feeling of being fearless and invincible isnt it?
