How To File Lawsuits Against Courier Companies And Customs
« on: October 18, 2012, 05:22:26 AM »
Foreword

Section Eight of the Canadian Constitution guarantees all Canadian citizens the freedom from unnecessary search and seizure. Canada Customs have been violating Constitutional law every time they search or seize my property without a search warrant issued by a judge. :(

Furthermore, courier companies are enabling and cooperating with Canada Customs. So first we need to target the courier companies with lawsuits. Once the lawsuit with the courier company is exhausted and comes to an end we then target Canada Customs itself directly, which is a bit more of an in depth procedure. :)

The federal government loves to target young people and poor people when they break these Constitutional rights and freedoms. It is much easier to harass and exploit people who are downtrodden or in a weakened position. The federal government is a disease; a cancer that wants to promote capitalism and competition for everyone except the federal government. And as long as the only people who speak out against the government are poor and young, the feds then have an "easy kill" so to speak.  >:(

How To File A Lawsuit

Step 1
Google the name of your state/province + civil court small claims. Every province/state has a dedicated website for small claims. This website should have a list of courthouses that are close to you, as well as all the rules and procedures and other information.

Step 2
Head down to your local courthouse and ask the clerk "How do I file a small claim?" That's really all it takes folks. The clerk will guide you through the entire process.

In Canadian provinces they will require that you do a corporate name search at the city registry (the same place you get a marriage license or many other licenses, city services etc). This costs $20 usually.

The filing fee for the civil claim is usually about $100. Well worth it though IMO since we all know that lawyers charge these large corporations $300-$500 per hour of service. ;)

Here are 3 examples of recent claims I have filed:

Don't let the government bully you with fear tactics. Take a bit of initiative and stand up against tyranny. The government loves to use fear to gain more and more power. They create "grey areas" in the law in regards to chemicals to push further and further into our lives and our businesses. It's a joke and it's about time we start to stand our ground and fight back.  8)

I am going to drag out my lawsuits against against these courier companies for as long as possible, and when they run their course I will then file lawsuits against Canada Customs... :o

Stay tuned! :D

in america if you complain to internal affairs they laugh at you file 13 is thier internal affairs but few people know that as a pro see litigant you can go before an impartial grand jury with these grievences.
see what you do is have the prosecutpr decline to prosecute then take it to the jugde who will also cover for his crony.
when he declines tell him you are seeking a grand jusry indictment for obstructing justice, the judge will put the oneous back on the DA not alances we have left here) nting to face a grand jury (one of the few checks and b only pro se litigants can do this
lawyers accredited with the or members of the british accredited registry cannot because they are under uniform commercial code and they are not allowed to practice law constitutionally.
Grand juries are very interseted to learn about the people they work with and this is where the prosecutor and the judge declining to prosecute.
comes in handy.
you file a formal complaint with the grand jury and threaten them with indictment they tend to take a whole new tack.
of course they will stonewall you getting to a grand jury but as a citized it is your right to file a greivance against a public official. but there's a man you can learn from named randy kelton on freedom talk radio who can explain all this.
the self described pro-se from hell he has turned the tables on many a sherriff prosecuter and sherrif's deputies throughout texas.
he studied this for years so don;t do this blindly, understand that you will be subject to unfairness and be ready to face many injustices like exptended jail terms without due process retailiation in all forms expect it. but once an honest grand jury hears of these abuses it ultimately works in your favor they did'nt want you to know this i'm certain of that.
it takes strategy and a thourough understanding of law be prepared if you plan to do this.

Hilarious.

Like Mythbusters always warns at the start of each episode:

Don't do this at home.

it'a been done before i'm not advising somwonw do this without years of law study under thier belts.
it's the only way you can hold public officials acccountable all of the other investigative machinery is merely a rubber stamp for their abuses.
even the medical examiners in many cases cover up for them.
a grand jury is independent so it you go in there with a well written complaint and you have standing it's thier duty to hear these matters as they signed up for the volunteer work.
of course they are hand picked by da's but they generally expect honesty from thier public servants and if you proove other wise they wind up with a lot of explaining to do nothing about this is easy expect to be jailed worked over by the police and other evils to befall you.
if you know what you are doing you can provide evidence of retaliatory measures taken against you to bolster your claim.

but back on topic customs has your goods so claim them in person and expect to be cuffed and stuffed after you sign for them.
1-phenyl ethyl piperidone is list 1 in the unitied assfuck.
i don;t know how canada operates but chalk it up as a loss if there was a delay it's because customs was inspecting it.
forget about it or claim if you can find a legitimate reason for those chemicals.
otherwise your wasting your time.
to my knowlegde there is only one use for n-pp as a pharmacuetical intermediate unless your licenced to produce pharmacueticals consider it a loss.
unless you see a 5 g loss worth the additional legal expenses you will eventually incur.
