Publications Section.
« on: August 14, 2009, 07:49:38 PM »
This is for all of the great posts that should be kept easy to find and has little room for improvement. These are not meant to be commented on, or asked about - they already have their own threads, and you are more then welcome to post about them there.
 Please PM me if you find think a post should be here and isn't already.
I'll try to be adding these as they form, but I'm sure I have missed a couple, and will continue to miss them, so it would greatly appreciated if you brought the really good ones to my attention via a PM.

I will be turning these into a PDF document eventually, and they will be attached at the bottom of the post.

I would like to convert the pictorials and writeups into very well designed PDFs but I have yet to find a PDF creator that will allow me to do a professional looking job on creating them.
There once were some bees and you took all there stuff!
You pissed off the wasp now enough is enough!!!

I will be doing that soon. I am just finding the best posts at the moment. feel free to make PDFs of them if you can find a program.

I was going to use OpenOffice, so you may want to consider using Openoffice? That program, although pretty obnoxious can turn out PDF documents.

Any documents, procedures pop up lately that are worth keeping in this section?
Especially from the Drug Synthesis & Extraction, Other Chemistry or other appropriate sections?

PM me if you think so... I'd like to add more to the publications section... thanks!

@Sedit,

Nitro PDF professional;

http://www.demonoid.com/files/details/1834696/4651332/

There are newer versions, but Lugh had trouble installing some of them. This version works 100%, and is installed on mine and other peoples comps perfectly. It is like 20 megabytes compared to Adobe's pdf editing software which is about 400 megs and Uber expensive. I will upgrade and tell you which one of the newer ones works, if you want. As it comes with fancy new things like OCR in the new versions. Here is their website, but you should download it from Demonoid, as you will get the Professional version free!

If you have troubles downloading from demonoid, let me know and I will get an invitation sorted for you (or just download the torrent for you, one or the other) but you should be able to just download it!
