water jet pump vacuum from tap water

I cant seem to find one online at a decent price, and been combing hardware stores to make one myself but they dont have the right fittings.

any input?

A water aspirator station can bee easily constructed from a 5 gallon bucket using a spa or pool pump (with a minimum rating of 100fpm) and some pvc fittings.  I believe that there is a pictorial of how to construct a nice one over at SM.  I'll see if I can find it and post a link here.

If hardware stores are not turning up results for fittings, maybe try one of the major home improvement superstores.  They have every pvc fitting imagineable.  and you can sub hose and clamps when a fitting is unavailable.  Think ghetto.

you should have found your answer already   ::)  Use a thread gauge and a ruler to determine which type of fittings you need  ;) They're available on ebay if not from anywhere around there  :P You probably haven' t looked in the right place yet, start thinking like a plumber  :-X  The end really does result from the effort applied  8)
