low doses 60-80 mg of mdma to enhance focus concentration

after expirimenting on the high side swij decided hey maybe low doses are somewha ttherapuetic.
and much to his suprize they do seem to enhance concentration and have a slight stimlant effect maybe a good additive for my new energy drink.
 suggestions anyone???

60-80mg of the recrystallized stuff is enough to make me poop.  i generally like 150mg as a full dose, loving the world, bright eyed and bushy tailed.  for me a small dose is like 40-60mg, can function perfectly fine and a nice buzz.  slight euphoria, a little warm, and light roll buzz at 40mg / strong warmth radiating from the chest and a definite mild roll at 60mg / eye wiggles getting uncontrollable at 80mg with the strong want to take more for a full-on experience.  the low dose for me there's no tweaking but definitely takes away fatigue, makes the day feel special and memorable.  i've taken small amounts while sick from a cold and all symptoms went away for a couple hours.  nasal congestion was gone, aches/pains were relieved, etc, felt better than normal for sure.

the most i've ever done was a little over a gram like 1.2-1.5g but was spread out over 3 days.  it was a bit much and i'd never repeat that, i felt like i was living in a very very light acid trip for a week afterwards plus those damn headaches.

I use to take XTC and cut it into 4-8 pieces and insuffilate that over time. There was no real high noted but it eases social anxiety better then Xanax did and does not fog ones head in the process. There is a definite chance for low doses to act as a brain stimulator enhancing cognition.
There once were some bees and you took all there stuff!
You pissed off the wasp now enough is enough!!!

also forgot to note that i recall reading an article where MDMA caused up-regulation of 5-ht receptors when dosed in the microgram range, perhaps SSRI replacement?  maybe in a non-corrupt world.  has anyone else seen this article?  i can't remember where i read it

I have noted similar stimulated experiences but on mda in the low dose range 30/40mg.

Slight stimulation and color vividness. Felt more talkative too in social situations.
If you really want to enjoy a pure, clean product the only way... is to make it yourself...

Most definetly theraputic in small doses..swim used to use mdma for getting rid of migranes clean mdma pills they were very mild but half would send the migranes into retreat with no return ...certainly makes the day pleasent and carefree..I am a firm believer that MDMA should be trialed for therapy (depression ,stress,anxiety,migranes)..
The problem these days is MDMA is like a box of chocolates dont know what you gonna get ....

and thats oll i gotta say bout that......

I popped 50mg at work the other day - gave 50mg to one of my guys too as he had a nasty hangover.

We both took around 9am. Took a while to come on for both of us (1hr - maybe due to using capsules, maybe breakfast sitting in stomach?)

I went off and had two meetings, drove maybe 20-30 miles in total with  lots of work calls inbetween. Functioned absolutely fine, maybe even a little more focused than without?

My man got lots done too - hangover vanished!

MDMA does the opposite of help with concentration in my experience. For me it makes it near impossible to focus on any task for an extended period of time unless the task is very interactive.

lmao @ jon he's whjat shulgin calls a "hard head " in the best way just needs plenty more than most ...60mg maybe be ok but 80 surely get me goin too much to concentrate...id just wanna get started

My question for you is, have you ever been diagnosed with any form of ADD/ADHD?  For SWIz the effects of any MA compound (or stimulants in general, for that matter) provide a different effect to him than it does to his non-ADD/ADHD compadres.  MA as well as its MD counterparts provide focus and calming way beyond any downers or opiate.  Not the he can go to sleep per se,  but he can sit still and read a book if he wanted to (and this is impossible sober without the perfect environment, ie no noise or distraction).  Weed even effects him differently.  I think the effects are contingent on how the subjects brain is wired.

serotonin is known for helping with concentration so yes this would make sense
i don't think i'm what shulgin calls a "hard head" i'm just immune to anything less than 200 milligrams that's my starting point.
maybe it's from all the damage i did because i can go years aen take 4 doses and it barely does shit maybe there is'nt thing left there anymore i don't know.

low doses in the range spoken eg 60-80mg make me more interactive socially without noticable psychoactive effects.
I feel like part of my brain i switched off usually (like now) communication is distant and takes effort to keep it up.
The same brain stimulation appears to occur with a low amphetamine dose in the same range 60-80mg.
i feel like my brain can multitask with stimulaton .. otherwise im pretty monotone and singular in direction of thought~ id have to be interested in something to focus on it

10-15mg pure mda for me for concentration is great. but Ive noticed the psycho head space that Im left with following two or three days of maybe a total of up to 3 redoses a day. mdma fogs my mind up, any dose.

sorry jon didnt mean that in a bad way just remember some post you had stating you were eating like a gram of mdma in a day fuck me id be in emergency doin that kinda thing ....and yes who knows seretonin depletion could be the cause to your immunity
