Aggression Policy - How to report and fix the problem

Thankyou to all members that have diligently informed me or jackoozi with possible threads that may need moderating,

Our policy here, as described in our ethos is one of calm, and peacefullness,

If you know any threads that are having a negative effect on your experinece,

Please post the thread no, and poster directly to either of the moderators, or admins and upon this, the posts will be deleted, and harmony restored.

This is something that we, and our members feel very strongly about,

Ok, what has been done, is all the offending posts have been edited or removed.
No essential chemistry has been made offtopic.

To make this as fair as possible all members now involved in that fight are now members, not moderators.

Because we don't want to take sides, all members contained in the verbal malee have been equally treated.

This is a good lesson for any members who wish to become moderators one day,

This will be how we will deal with these problems in the future,
No aggression will be tolerated, and now we are even more assertive & vigilant to this crucial fundamental right for each user.

Synthetikal will now look at who ever is involved in the fight equally, and the proliferation of agression, as this can often be more than a few people, all offending members will be treated equally, and recieve demotion of all extra privileges.

Members, regardless of there past aggressions, will always be able to view the forums and have full participation, and earn the right again to oneday be moderator, or admin.

The right to be a moderator is earned through being a teacher of and instigator of our ethos, the days of arogancy, and fear to post are over,
If any hint of this is apparent, pm the mods or the admins, and this will be fixed.
