Only need to acquire magnesium sulphate and toluene, both of which will be acquired tomorrow. Already have lab grade red p, iodine (cute little balls), NaOH, acetone and methanol.
Have a nice new coil condenser, and will be "engineering" the apparatus required for steam distillation tomorrow.
Just wondering, what is this community's thoughts on Placebos synth? Would that be the best instruction set to follow? Can anyone provide any superior alternatives?
Also the stoppers are made of rubber is that a problem?
Also would a sep funnel be a good investment?

you didn't mention having the precursor. the "E" part of this equation is almost the only part that matters. if, for instance, you are using the latest otc pills, there are almost no old synths that will work well...if at all.
although a 'ghetto' sep funnel can be fabricated, a real one is well worth having.
hey zub, check out this post for the "E" seems to be a generic turkish brand so i'm fairly certain it won't be contaminated with too many adulterants.. what do you think?
