Sodium Hypophosphite: Extract from solution with NaOH?

SWih has 2 solutions available at his/her disposal:
  1. Aqueous solution with 30% weight Sodium Hypophosphite and 2% weight Sodium Hydroxide
  2. Aqueous solution with 25% weight Sodium Hypophosphite and 1% weight Ammonium Hydroxide

SWIh wants to either end up with Hypophosphorous Acid or Sodium Hypophosphite in pure form or aqueous solution without the hydroxide salt.

Does anyone know how to extract this?
