Psilocybin -> Psilocin -> Dmt

What route for de-phosforilation and then to hydrolize the 4 place OH? Sw1m thinking of purifying mushroom extract and seperating and purifying obtained xystls in prep column and then take those to DMT. What are the easiest and highest yeilding routes for these two steps?

i think there were no replys because i think what u want is not very easy. why go mushrooms -> dmt ? first of all its illegal, and second of all dmt is so easy to make.

yes, tryptamine to dmt is much easier.

Tryptophan is available over the counter and is easily decarboxylated to tryptamine.

The first reason for this post is because there is an abundance of mushrooms and methanol laying around, and it is easy to get xtls to form from the evaporation. I have the psiloc(yb)in, to start with. I just thought that it was 1-2 steps away from n-dmt. Are there any reports on smoking psilocin? LD-50? I also don't like the multiple hour trip from eating the xtls...a Dmt ping is much preferred.

no you can't smoke it, the molecules are very fragile (psilocin) and oxidizes very quickly to an inactive form.

Hey ya timnickbear, Swip has been looking at doing a extraction with shrooms aswell.
Swip was thinking of using Ps.Subaerginosa seeing as there fucking everywere at the moment, And they contain Psilocybin & Psilocin, And seeing as there one of the strongest verity with there potentcy, Not to mention that this perticular shroom only makes you TRIP and NOT hallucenate, There is a difrence.
Anyway back to the shrooms, From what swip can recall, He seen something over at the SHROOARY in the fourms.
Swip will have a look aswell, because swip agrees with ya when then shrooms are there why waste them, Extract the goodies out, And best of all there free.

I have seen a lot of teks to get xtls of 40h-dmt. nothing for decomposing into n-dmt.

Swip was thinking of doing an extraction and some how put or apply the refined alkoloids (psilocybin, psilocin) to bloting paper and make trip sheets , What do ya think, And what tek's would you recomend to swip ???????????
