Hydromorphone extraction from time relase pills.

Hi All,

I ask you because I have a little problem...
I have many pills of time relase Hydromorphone (24mg of "goodies" per pill), and I want to extract the goods.
I've tried a simple water extraction, but I've failled.
The components of the pills are:
_24mg of Hydromorphone HCl
_Microcristalin cellulose
_Hypromellose
_Ethylcellulose
_silicium colloidal anhydrous
_dibutyl sebacate
_Gelatin
_Sodium laurylsulfate
_Erythrosine
_Indigotine
_Titane dioxyde

Some one can help me?
