I have found a source on the internet selling GBL. I live in Europe but I am not quite sure of the legal status of GBL in the EU. As far as I can see GBL isn't illegal per se but is listed as a known precursor.

Basically I would like to know if I could get in trouble from ordering GBL from an internet site located in the UK?

swim thinks its also CD cleaner, apparently thats what every bottle contained in New Zealand untill it was outlawed
