driveway cleaner and rust remover are poor sources, most driveway cleaner is HCl or has other chems, rust remover does too, but phosphoric acid is OTC, just look online |

rust remover - rust converter.... they are usually just phosphoric, i have not seen rust treatments that are anything but phosphoric.... however they are usually diluteish, the ones around here are ~35% but this is no problem unless you need a ridiculously high volume of high concentration even then its only at the cost...
Cement cleaners are usually ~30% HCl.
