driveway cleaner and rust remover are poor sources, most driveway cleaner is HCl or has other chems, rust remover does too, but phosphoric acid is OTC, just look online

rust remover - rust converter.... they are usually just phosphoric, i have not seen rust treatments that are anything but phosphoric.... however they are usually diluteish, the ones around here are ~35% but this is no problem unless you need a ridiculously high volume of high concentration even then its only at the cost...
Cement cleaners are usually ~30% HCl.

Sold as a PH Adjuster
