How do you make Tributyltin Hydride?

I've looked at a few places that suggested you might make Tributyltin hydride in situ by tributyltin chloride and NaCNBH3 in refluxing t-BuOH.
Or tributyltin oxide with hydrosiloxane or chlorostannane and hydrosilane?
Which is best easiest way?
or is the original way the best?
