A bee nest is known as a hive, while a wasp nest is known as a vespiary. Accordingly, the members here are often referred to as wasps, instead of bees. Another reason, perhaps, is because in his lab, The common wasp had formed many vespiaries around the door, and even with in the lab itself. Another species of wasp continued to nest in his holed stoppers. However, the wasp vs bee analogue has been carried beyond just what is stated here.

Q: Is The Vespiary administrator at any risk of legal trouble?
A: He is not at anymore risk then a typical individual.
