Reductive Amination Osmium/Brightstar style

https://www.thevespiary.org/rhodium/Rhodium/chemistry/redamin.os-bs.html

just curious about a couple of things, seems to SWIM that this method is pretty goods and fairly scalable(sp) any comments about this, not looking for if this is better or worse I know that it only matters what you can get a hold of. Just looking to see if there's anything SWIM should know before they start with this style, checked TFSE using brightstar/osmium and reductive and came up with nothing useful
