2C-I Quality

I was wondering how much better the quality is when you get 2C-I in crystaline form instead of powder form?

If you have a powder it is probably cut with speed, heroin, coke, powdered bleach, and baby laxitives in equimolar ratios. This is what I used to use to cut my 2C-I.

I always though that being in nice crystals would mean better quality
How ever is it possible to say seed crystals with something that isn't what's in solution
Or put two things in solution and get them to form one type of crystal (sorry I don't now proper terminology for this)
