sep funnel leakage

my sep funnel leaks a few drops an hour when i put dcm in it.  i've got a 2L sep funnel with teflon stopcock, a new black ring, and i have the thing screwed in tight and in the right order: teflon washer first, black o ring next, than little orange teflon nut.
any ideas?

Apply a very very thin layer of grease around the edges of the stopcock, but not towards the middle if it, then re-attach it. A pinhead worth of grease is the proper amount.
