Broken alcohol thermometer

Swim was doing a distillation of ipa/dcm from his mdma freebase and he somehow managed to break his blue alcohol thermometer atop his setup.  Can swim continue distilling his freebase with that alcohol in it, or does it need to be washed out, or will the alcohol simply distill over?

The alcohol will distill over way before the freebase. Just distill as usual, there isn't much alcohol in one of those thermometers.
