can zinc chloride and HCl be used in place of zinc and HCl in Zn/HCl reductions???????????

No. You need the metallic element.

You can react the ZnCl2 with aluminum to get metallic zinc.  It's still probably easier and cheaper to just buy the metallic element in powdered form.
