What is 'motor cleaner' ?

This stuff is non-flammable and is used for cleaning electrical equipment. It may be a useful OTC solvent. I'm almost certain it's a chlorinated hydrocarbon but I don't think it's DCM cos it's not as volatile. My guess is that it's trichloroethane or something.
Anyone know for sure ?
