Benzodiazepine modifications

I only know very little about chemistry, sorry about that. And my english isint very good. But anyway here is some guestions about benzodiazepines.

Could any benzodiazepine modified to another benzopiazepine(prefereble better and mor active one)?

If one would like to halogenate the combound, where would they go? Are there any other possible modification, that hopely would be OTC.

Also any pharmacology about thiese combounds would be aprreciated.
