would it be possible to drop 2c-b into a sodium allyloxide solution to get 2c-al, or do alkiali metal alkoxides react with the nitrogen in amines.  If so, what about using a protected phenethylamine (phtalic anhydride method).  Any advice would help, I tried the search engine (alkoxide + nitrogen).

Rhodium

I have never heard of aryl halides undergoing substitutions with alkali allyloxide. Do you have any references, or are you just guessing organic chemistry?
