Any book/turorials for CHARMM/SYBYL?

is anyone of you involved in molecular modeling?
i am searching for really good worked examples and
tutorials, and maybe books about those software packages.

please tell me any interesting link regarding the path of the design of new drugs with SYBYL or other software.
maybe also in combination with quantum chem software like gaussian 2003(R)!
