A little on pollution and other hazards

I was wondering what most of you guys do to stop pollution, do you guys care?  I usually use cabbage to make sure acid and basic solutions are neutral, but what about left over iodine solutions when making iodine.  What about acetone.  Just wondering though, oh yeah, using HCl is a good method to clean glassware, and removing stains.  Swig once bought some really dirty glassware, and a few rinses with HCl make the shit like new, plus keeps us out of trouble.   ADDkid
