IME, in the 'system' in place, getting moved from one facility to another can cause problems with receiving mail etc...the slack cunts(screws-not all, but many) often find it easier to put "return to sender" on a  package/letter, rather than have it "follow you" through the system.

I took the 4 years since they seized poundage of material that field tested as a C2 substance but they dropped the possession if I took the importation charge.

The thing is, just because something field tests as a C2, doesn't mean it's not, in fact, a C1..... But now they can't touch me on it. 

So I'll gladly do the time & get some schooling, room & board out of it for free. Shit, it's almost a fair trade on my unproductive time for those reasons alone. 

  Just did 3.5yr on a 4yr plea deal...way better than the 12 they would have given me if I took it to court    Man. Controled Sub.  class 1 drug felony...Swim is sure you'll be ok, prob. Min. custody........the best thought in there is.."this too..will pass"  peace and love bro

4 years sounds like a long time, fuck it can be a long time, but it will pass. Just think very carefully about who you associate with on parole on the other end, and it shouldn't turn into a revolving door situation.
