Went and found out about the law here ...... solicitors and doctors can not be made to tell the pigs anything and it is illegal for them to do it . One can tell a solicitor ANYTHING and he cant tell anyone . The same for the doctor ....... if they do they can get big trouble = loose their job , be banned from the proffesion , fined and get up to ten years in prison . We also have a 100 % right to silence .

What a pity some of you live in ........"The land of the free".......... ROTFL ........ here we have no orwellian big brother "Department of Homeland Security" watching and controleing us .

Well in some states it's legal and even mandatory for psychologists to reveal information from therapy sessions if they believe someone's life is endangered.

Since drug users have pretty much replaced the communists as the boogy man du jour, it don't matter what the law says cause ain't no one gonna give a shit.

Saw people justifying dumping a handicapped man onto the floor cause "he was in jail, right - they don't put you in jail unless your a crook".

There are so many odd, unusual compounds in plants, and even more usefully, present in invertebrate venoms that would decompose in a GC and so preclude ever getting a mass spec, being polypeptides...go harvest some Chironex tentacles, dialyse the venom across a semipermeable membrane and dissolve in DMSO....that doctor will have a heart attack and be dead within seconds, if you were to extract enough venom. 'yer average box jellyfish has several meters of tentacles, 3 meters of which need to come into contact with a human to kill, roughly. This can take 3 minutes.

Imagine the content from 30 jellyfish.......thats only a few milligrams of protein toxin...decomposes in the heat of the forensic chemist's GC oven....bye bye fucker.

If a guy were to say 'just let the fucker die, his life isn't worth saving' about me, you bet, he would have a limited number of days left to live....not saying how many, but it would't be the number god allotted him, thats for sure.

Was buisy recovering and would not have been able to afford a solicitor who would have cost a lot as it would have been a civil case . The records , from what i have been told , dont exist anymore so finding him would be hard . Prooveing the case would be harder . The last time i tried to find him the people at the hospital wouldnt tell me but one person said he had left and was then working in manchester or near there . His name was bell or rose and he must be 60 something now . As for poisoning the fucker i can well understand that but i`d rather make him bankrupt and make him pay monthly rates for the rest of his life .

So much for justice systems and equak rights . Poor people cant afford to get their rights .

Anyone any offers on the sep funnel mystery above ? I think it was happening because the mixture on the bottom was saturated KOH and the mixture on the top was PH 1 or 2 . The spermy bit was the salts in a goo form .= every time they sank they hit the KOH then there was some sort of interaction , energy exchange ? and the goo rose again untill ? Sadly, "English/british Law" has a 6 year "Statute of Limitations" which means,,if you dont 'take action within 6 years of the event" you cant (unless a Court of Appeals,, Rules to overturn that( which is rarely)
The ONLY exceptions are children, who IIRC were "mis/maltreated" have No restrictions....coz when the "shit happenned" they were to young to make decisions of that nature (litigious)

Hypnos, I'm not sure what you're going through with your back, but I know all about that shit.

I used to be a heroin addict, a junkie if you will. Every morning I shot 2-3 bags and a point of mdma to wake up, EVERY SINGLE morning. I was able to get clean by using ibogaine and having family and friends stay squarely up my ass so I never had the chance to backslide. The deal breaker for me was always the sickness, I could not handle being dope sick and once it damn near killed me. I looked so bad after three days with no dope that when I did call my guy and meet him he felt so bad for me he gave me free dope on top of what I bought.

When I had my accident I was in the hospital for a month and a half. I did not regain full consciousness until after the first month. My first memory of waking up was my mom by my bedside asking me if I knew where I was and what happened, I said no and no. She said you're in (insert city here) and you wrecked your motorcycle, you've had back surgery so stay still. I immediately started pulling out out IVs and trying to get out of the bed. This set off a million alarms and the whole staff (so it seemed) in the ICU there rushed me. They hit me with a HUGE shot of fent, I know it was fent because I could taste it when they hit me. Well, when I woke up again, I was on dialysis. Apparently the fent caused my kidneys to fail. Worried about this shit I told them about my previous problems with heroin. Believe it or not, it didn't phase them. In fact, I had several nurses come to me in the next couple weeks asking how I got clean because they had loved ones who were addicted to that god awful shit. I wish I could tell you guys which hospital it was, because those people truly truly care. One of the nurses gave me the shoes off his feet when I was released because I didn't have any. I'll keep those shoes until I die.

Fast forward a bit, to now. Now I live in a different city, well a small town that the people here think is a city, and I NEED pain pills to hold a job. I had a feeling that I should keep my history to myself with these guys or I'll end up with nothing but asprin. My spine is held together with two long strips of stainless steel and it hurts like a bitch, but let me tell you, these docs, couldn't care less. They are much more interested in advancing their moral battle than they are about helping someone deal with life long pain. Btw, I have to submit to urine tests now every month to get my pills. They started that last month when my refill was due. Wouldn't let me refill till I pissed for em. They must have liked my pee because they upped my amount by 30 more pills a month (I now get 180 10/325 and 150 5/500 a month) The piss tests pissed me off to no end (no pun intended). I even told my doctor how I felt, I couldn't hold it back. What kind of world do we live in when the lesser of two evils is having debilitating pain over a dependence on narcotics? I have a good doctor, relatively speaking, but I know to never mention my past to him. I can just feel it, if I say one word about that I'll be taking tylenol.

My days are numbered in this little two horse town. I'm moving back to the city and out of this god forsaken state soon and I'll find a doctor who keeps me pain free and one who I can talk to honestly about the things I've done and continue to do to my body. You guys have had some terrible luck, and for that I am sorry, but I've had good luck with doctors for the most part and have been able to speak with them in complete trust.

Not that I had anything to add with that long winded post.

Things like that change a person , their life and their view of life and others ........ = it would help most people grow up if they got in such a shit situation ...... Yup some doctors are real SHIT but others arent . The ones i have now are cool and give me what i want = sleeping tablets for when i get so pissed off with whats happening in the world that i cant sleep and tramadol if i have any pain.= i learned that if a doc is shit to just keep looking and one will find realy good ones . One has a mate who has just had surgery because of a tumor at the top of his spine on the brain side . He had an open wound for ages where his visitors could see the stainless steel plates ...... a few months later he was wandering round india ...... SO ..... dont give up on believeing that your pain will go or at least get progressively smaller .......... i was taught some mental tricks to get rid of mine and they worked ......... my docs in hopsital were cunts and i had to threaten them that i`d roll out of bed and crawl naked outside and lie in the street screeming if they didnt give me some painkillers ....... a few minutes later i was given the first of a few nice injections ....... as it worked so nice i didnt tell them when the pain was gone and got them to pump me full and was realy beamed ............

Yo, Hypnos, we will talk for sure. I can't remember where I read about your back problems. There wasn't much to read. I just recall reading something by you where you were having trouble with doctors over your past and the reason you were even fuckin with a doctor was because you had a screwed up back.

TLS, your story really pisses me off and it's that type of shit that has precipitated my distrust and contempt for authority.

Maybe the thread should be split into the original questions part so the questions can get answered and new ones added as they seem to be bogged down in fun tales of horror and mystery and another part maybe called "The freestyle thread" where it can just be left to go its own way ? I don't know if even in its own thread if political discussion should be had. Its like religion, veganism or global warming, you can not speak about it without someone getting pissed off sooner or later. I think we would just be better to drop it all together and move on with the thread instead of making it a new thread.
