ok folks....here goes....i'm a 19 yr old male that got caught in a house with a clandestine ---- lab in the kitchen...i was indicted on one count of "manufacturing of a controlled substance/200grams" i mean wtf,and there was no dope and i mean NO DOPE in the entire house,this i know because i loaded and smoked the last bowl about 15 minutes b4 the pigs showed up,and whats even more fucked up is my lawyer said it was reduced from 400 grams which is pretty significant considering that if it would've stayed at 400g and i would have no other option other than prison but now i'm just eligible for probation..............sad thing is though...i couldn't cook a batch of dope if my life depended on it

i'll give more detail later on cuz i'm currently in the office of a Budget Suites using their shitty computers but i'll finish up today after court.....i'll finally be entering my plea today Crying or Very sad

will do this, if there is a trace of ---- in what they(police) test it can be a trace-ele
they waigh the whole thing and say thats the amount of said drug.
swiy would not take a ple(other than not gilty) push it back as many times as you can.
if you have money get a good lawyer, texas comes up with all kinds of shit to bust someone, swiy takes it that it was not NEWS place of living? was it?
there are a lot more questions to this story that you need to share. so new can get answers that may help him.
please give more info but as well use a 3rd party not me or I. you just may cause yourslef more of a problem. swiy will edit news age and such now.

if new can get an outside chemist to retest what was taken and said was m--h.
have then find out just how much m--h was really in the mix, but the way swiy understands it in tx any amount is a fellonie.

You were caught in a house ... was it your house ?

Were other persons present in the house?

Do persons other than yourself have access to the house?

Was the lab operating, or was it put up?

What lab residues were found?

Did the officers enter by virtue of a search warrant? If not, how did they obtain entry to the property?

What did you tell them at the scene?

Have you given a statement at any time to the police concerning your involvement with the lab?

Your comments above tell too little of the circumstance to judge the merits of the state's case.

ok i had court today....friday june 24 a week from today i will be either pleeing guilty b4 a jury and request probation or i'll be doing the same thing but instead of a jury i would be pleeing b4 a judge.....the difference is about $1,000

if i see the jury it'll run a grand but the judge option will be free,which more than likely is gonna be the decision.[/code]
