The blueprint is actually well produced and the kind of thing that should be mailed every two weeks to government ministers. Not that it will make much difference in the UK... they fired their expert Professor Nutt for doing his job and foolishly demonstrating using scientific studies and facts that MDMA was no more risky than horseriding.
