Req for article -oximes to N-alkyl,N-hydroxyamines

Hi,

I read some article that referenced this. Said it was about making N-alkyl,N-hydroxyamines from oximes, with NaBH4 and a carboxylic acid. Could be a good way to make N-methyl,N-hydroxyamphetamine, which isn't illegal where I live. Unfortunately my uni library doesn't carry that journal, so perhaps someone could post the experimental or a pdf. =)
