Dateline - Strike
« on: February 08, 2011, 08:21:33 AM »
For those (few?) of you who haven't seen this:

http://www.megaupload.com/?d=AGH4XXPW

The sensationalist asshats at Dateline were essentially responsible for putting Strike away for eight years. He's out now.

This is like 10 years old, but still relevant (if you can get past the corny sensationalism, moralizing, and fearmongering). I saw it posted elsewhere and I thought I'd repost it here for those of you who have never seen it.

Is anyone as shocked as I am at the scene where the arizona kids are buying like 10L of sass oil and industrial glassware ON FUCKING CAMERA?! THe guy selling it looked bashful but nonetheless was ok with it.  I would have smashed those kids in the face with it...

Yeah, as soon as he seen the camera he should have told them to get the fuck out of there. I would have assumed they were feds or just complete fucking idiots. Strike should have refused them service also as their orders where extremely suspect. They ordered everything they needed all at once to the same address. Pretty sure that's how they got caught also, a chem company tipped off the DEA. The whole group of people knew what was going on also ::) They kept detailed journals and documented their "crimes". This is a good example of what not to do in every sense.

the question is, why did strike even agree to do the interview?? when him and everyone associated were hed hot... he sits in the middle of a huge chemical supply warehouse, which supplied chems to the clandestine chemists that learnd the trade through a website that not only he owned but moderated aswell. Oh yeah, and wrote two books, with plenty of refs and name dropping of key members of the hive..

He had a hive bee stuffed toy on his computer during the dateline interview!?

the thing is, MDxx back then took a chemist to make... and most people who were trained in chem, were super niave when it came to the street, except jon who has always had a mach10 on his hip since grad

Strike et al were unaware of most of what was going on and thus the surveillance and how really vindictive the Department of Justice was about the existence of the Hive ;) He didn't realize that the interview was to obtain evidence against him until after it started  :o  Hindsight is usually 20/20, the Monday morning quarterback is always a lot better than the Sunday edition  ::)  Our strategy and tactics have been adjusted to account for the facts 8)

No, they simply sent him to Federal Prison  ::)  Investigative reporters don't have to observe the Bill of Rights  8)

So where is Strike now?  Anyone know?  And what about the Hive?  Any update as to whether or not it will ever be up and running again?

LOL Look at the 1:52 of the link Vesp posted! Insanely funny word play!
Producer name is "Lie Ling JEW" !!! ROFLMAO!!!
Damn,my hysterical laughter woke up my folks again, they are yelling at me now!

He was just too naive, carried away by the spirit of MDMA,not stupid.
I know too well what am I talking about!
(I don't say he was high at the moment of interview.)

Jon,I agree,Tec-9 is junk,nothing but a waste of ammo.
MAC-10,Micro Uzi and Scorpion are in the same class but FAR superior!

They still can't "get tough" on his freedom to write...at least not yet.

Maybe it's time for a TS III - maybe another collaboration of the underground.

The other thread on the mega archive has me thinking - the chaotic nature of the scene means a lot gets produced, but it is awfully disorganized. Too bad the underground doesn't review its own knowledge base from time to time.

They've already destroyed his life. After all he's been through, I'm not sure what is left to lose.

i don't get it he already went to prison so he would know to keep it low profile.
but he screws up again, recidivism i understand that, but being an ex-con you know you can't win every hand.

speaking of guns how many of these dealers you think are atf stings?

How would this be done in a collective sort of way? Seems like writing a single book, with multiple people could be very difficult - it would need to provide many many references...

I assume it would not be sold as a paper back, so it would just be a PDF file, possibly HTML pages and "open source" so to speak... etc..

What do others think of this idea? I know some would be against it for various reasons from the beginning but I like the idea - though, maybe not have it be titled TS III

What would the contents layout be? focus only on certain drugs, or all? etc...

why not just make a vespiary wiki? then everyone can add and edit... I would be all over a synthesis as well as a natural product section
